CollPad is a project management platform. At this time, CollPad supports Google Sign-In only. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1) Information We Collect

  • Google account data: name, email, and Google profile ID when you sign in with Google (used for authentication and user identification).
  • Workspace configuration: connections and settings you enable (e.g., linked Google Drive folders, connected Facebook Pages, API keys).
  • User content: project titles, descriptions, tasks, work logs, and other items you create within CollPad.
  • Usage and system logs: feature usage, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to improve performance and reliability.

2) How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve CollPad’s project features.
  • To enable third-party integrations you explicitly connect (Google Drive, Facebook Pages).
  • To ensure security, prevent abuse, and debug technical issues.
  • To analyze anonymized usage trends and enhance user experience.

3) Data Storage & Security

We store data on trusted infrastructure and apply industry-standard security measures such as encryption, access controls, and audit logs. Only authorized personnel may access your data when strictly necessary to operate the service.

4) Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share data only:

  • When you authorize third-party integrations (e.g., publishing to your Facebook Page, storing files in your Google Drive).
  • To comply with applicable laws or protect the legal rights of CollPad.

5) Your Rights & Choices

  • Disconnect Google/Facebook at any time in Settings.
  • Request data deletion by contacting us.
  • Review/export your project data where available.

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain authentication sessions and basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

CollPad integrates with Google APIs and the Facebook Graph API. Use of these services is governed by their own privacy policies:
